We believe in a luxury planning experience - one where our clients are cared for with the highest level of service, resulting in stunning events and joy-filled memories. With over two decades of combined expertise, our founder, Melanie Jannicelli Shutt, personally plans each full-service wedding with an in-depth, hands-on approach - guiding each client seamlessly through every stage of the process.
With a gift for building strong, trust-based relationships from the beginning, Melanie and her team will make the wedding planning process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Wedding planning should be fun! We support our full-service clients day in and day out with a high-touch, communication drivel approach. luxury wedding management
More robust than a typical month-of coordination package, our Luxury Management is designed for clients who prefer to plan independently but value expert guidance and on-site management to ensure every detail comes together flawlessly.
While this package is comparable to most month-of offerings, we take it a step further. We firmly believe that a planner cannot come in a month or less before a wedding and properly execute a successful event - which is why we extend our philosophy of creating a luxury planning experience through to our Management clients as well.
Our Wedding Management services rely heavily on thoughtful pre-planning from the client. To ensure each couple and their vendors are set up for success, we begin working together shortly after booking. In the post-booking intake meeting, we discuss the first draft of your timeline and floor-plan. We also encourage clients to share these documents with their vendors as they book, helping to streamline communication and ensure accurate proposals. Setting each wedding up for success is crucial!
With this foundation in place, our clients experience a smoother, more stress-free planning journey. Our dedicated planner is readily available throughout the process - offering expert advice, answering questions, and providing a calm, experienced presence every step of the way.
